Note that all types of messages in Sharelov are private and can only be seen by the users included in the To: input when the message is sent.
You can provide provide feedback in three ways:
- Campaign Briefs: When you create a new campaign in Sharelov you can include a campaign brief with all the details and supplementary documents your team needs to start working on the new project.
Campaign briefs help everyone understand the campaign’s context, objectives and deliverables.
- Post Comments: All posts include a Comments tool that allows you to send specific feedback to the team working on a creative asset. Post comments are great for requesting changes and assigning To Dos with due dates to the people responsible for completing the tasks. This is super helpful in keeping everyone on the same page and moving the development process forward in a more efficient manner.
Clients can use post comments to send feedback, request changes and assign To Dos with due dates.
- Campaign Messages: You can send campaign messages to your teammates to send general feedback or if you need to request changes that apply to multiple posts.
